Male and Female ..... Husband and Wife are equal.... one is not high then the other... and one does not have the right to rule the other.... They are best friends, partners, equals!
I do believe though that the man should support and provide for the home. As they say bring home the bacon. I also believe that a women should stay home with the children for the mere fact that the mother should be the one to raise their children ... Children are influenced very easily and when they are home at least you know what they are being taught and how they are growing up. You are the one seeing their first words, steps, crawls ect not someone else. You are the one that can teach them morals and standards not someone else teaching them things you don't agree with. Now totally understandable if parents can't afford to have both parents stay at home... but if you try and live withine your means and not above it then it is capable for one parent to stay at home. Again, its understandable for people like me if your a single mother, I have the blessing to stay at home until my little boy is old enough and then I can go work but not everyone has that privilge.
Again..... Man and women are equal.
I am gonna go with.. both parents should be able to take on both stereo typical roles if needs be. In all things, the equal idea.

Small case in point. Dad needs to learn to cook too, and know things that are very homestead related.
Also mom has to have some testosterone driven abilities, like bring home the bacon! :)
Assuming any roles or keeping any statutes that the father has set. And the mother has set. Even being Dad when Dads not around.
Work if the husband cannot for some other reason be around
.. its a title and role."parent" you totally need to become well rounded for your families. And mom and dad are equal. I just believe the dads are known to be the head of the housse hold. its true.. but he should always always take councle from his wife. And they are to comunicate in all things.
I totally agree!!!! parents do need to be well rounded and need to be able to take on each others roles if needs be... thats why missions need to learn to cook and fend for himself and family and that why women need to get an education because if the husband cant work then its up to her to "bring home the money!!" so I totally agree with you.. and communication is key without that well then your in trouble... families need to be able to talk to one another especially husband and wife!!!!
